This week, the General Meeting of the European Grassland Federation 2024 is in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. The main theme revolves around the question whether grass is important, and if so, why. We are proud to sponsor this event.

Today we were happy to welcome 45 participants from all over Europe in our laboratory as part of a field trip to Wageningen. We were able to explain how with soil health testing, forage quality testing (and manure testing) you can optimize grassland yield and quality.

Our colleague, Bob Fabri, is also presenting a scientific poster at the conference entitled "Carbon sequestration practices in Eastern Netherlands".
