Soil sent from outside the EU or Canary Islands needs a permit from the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).
Water sent from outside the EU or Canary Islands does not need a permit, but make sure to send it correctly.
Sending plant material from outside the EU or Canary Islands is subject to strict guidelines due to EU phytosanitary rules. Check here if your material is permitted.
As well as a permit, make sure you send your sample with the right order form.
