We don't have our own sample takers but we have good relationships with a number of external sample taking companies. Please contact us to learn more.
How do I send in a sample?
The lab receives hunderds of samples per day so it's crucial that you provide plenty of information with the samples you send to the lab. Without this, the lab will not be able to process your samples effectively.
What quantity of sample should I provide?
This varies depending on the sample type and the analysis required. Please contact us for more detail.
What if I don't have the required sample quantity?
We may still be able to perform the test - there are options. For example, we could perform the analysis without the ability to retest or we can reduce the number of parameters we test for. This varies depending on the test(s) performed but it's always best to ask us.
