How do I send in a sample?

The lab receives hunderds of samples per day so it's crucial that you provide plenty of information with the samples you send to the lab. Without this, the lab will not be able to process your samples effectively.

I've never sent in samples before to Eurofins Agro Testing UK:

Before any samples are sent to us, you must contact us first so we can clarify exactly what you need, send you a quotation, and set up an account. Different tests and product types require different information for processing. We will provide you with guidance on what information is required for sample registration.

Some basics that are always required with your samples:

  • Your name
  • Your contact details
  • The test(s) you require
  • Sample reference(s)

I've sent samples to a different division of Eurofins before, but not to Eurofins Agro Testing UK:

We will need to set up another a seperate account with Eurofins Agro Testing UK so please contact us to arrange.

I've sent samples to Eurofins Agro Testing UK before:

If you sent in samples a long time ago, please contact us prior to sending in samples. We may need to update contact details in the system or the tests you may have requested previously may have been withdrawn.

If you are a regular customer, please continue to send in samples as normal, providing your name, contact details, the test(s) you require and sample reference(s).

What if I don't have the required sample quantity?

We may still be able to perform the test - there are options. For example, we could perform the analysis without the ability to retest or we can reduce the number of parameters we test for. This varies depending on the test(s) performed but it's always best to ask us
